At Ligwan, quality is not just control – it is a philosophy present at every stage of production. Our Quality Assurance Department, composed of experienced specialists, oversees the entire process – from material receipt, through assembly, to final testing of finished harnesses.

Thanks to close cooperation with the production department and continuous improvement of procedures,we are able to ensure full product compliance with technical documentation, industry standards, and individual customer requirements.

Advanced Control Tools

Quality control at Ligwan is based on precise and diverse methods, including:

  • IT systems supporting process identification, tracking, and documentation,
  • Specialized electronic devices for functional tests and parameter measurements electrical,
  • a quality analysis laboratory using SLE SBL (Sectioned Layer Evaluation / Surface Bond Layer) polished surface imaging technology.

This allows us to detect and eliminate potential non-conformities before the product leaves our facility. This approach translates into a high level of reliability, which is appreciated by our partners in the European, American, and Asian markets.
